By checking the box and placing an order with Beauti By Lisa, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

01All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

02Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing beautibylisa@yahoo.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item(s) and photos of the packaging. Approved claims will receive a replacement item or store credit. Claims submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.

03Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days and express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Overnight shipping is available Monday through Thursday for orders placed before 2 PM EST. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

04Shipping Information

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Beauti By Lisa is not responsible for packages lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered due to incorrect shipping information.

05Lost or Stolen Packages

Beauti By Lisa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows Delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

06Returned to Sender

Returned or refused packages must be claimed within 2 days of arriving back to us. Reshipment fees are $10 for standard shipping and $20 for express shipping. If a shipment is declined or refused, store credit may be issued, excluding the original shipping cost.

07Local Pickup

Local pickup orders are typically ready the same day after processing. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

08Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

09Product Use

Our products are intended for use by trained lash professionals. Beauti By Lisa is not responsible for improper use, application or any reaction resulting from the use of our products.

10Pricing & Updates

Prices, product availability and these terms may change at any time without notice. The terms in place at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
